Hi! My name is Sophie, I am almost 17 years old and lately I have been feeling very selfconcious and down.
When I ask myself why, I always find my self answering the same answer; because I don't exercise enough, and I'm drowning my diet with unhealthy foods and drinks.
So in the next1 month and a few days, I am going to exercise every day, exept one day a week (the body needs recovorytime!!). I will quit eating unhealthy, and live as healthy as possible. Every single day, I will update you on how I feel, and what I did.
The goal is to loose 5% of my current bodyweight, wich is 2,5 kg, but the main goal is to feel better in my skin.
I hope you will follow my journey, it's gonna be a lot of fun, and very tiresome :)
