Day 1: Kick off!

So today is the day.

Do I have to do it??

Yes.


Wow, I really didn't know I was in that bad shape! Today, I ran 2,5 km, and during that little run, I found out that my knee, hip, back, and neck is not too happy with my abscence from exercising.. They moaned and stung like crazy, so much that I had to sit down for a second or two.

That's ok. At least when it is the first day of the month from hell.

When I came home and checked my iPhone (wich has nike+ on it, it's amazing, go get it) I was a little bit dissapointed. Normally, I run (or I ran, it's been a while) on an average of 5 minutes and 30 seconds per kilometer, and now... It was.. 6,46!! What just happened there? Thumbs down people, thumbs down.

 

So I went in to my room and was ready for a mental breakdown when I saw my manuals lying on my bed. I hate those things. But! I did what I had to do. So I put on my 3 favourite songs, and did 3 minutes of lifting both manuals in the air, 3 minutes of sit-ups with leglift repititions (wich are awesome for your abs!), and at last, 3 minutes of real, hardcore butt exercise.

Pjoh, it was hard, not gonna lie. But I am super exited to continue, and I hope you are super exited to follow and watch!!
