Day 2: Getting better!

Today, I was actually really exited to go out to run! And even though it was raining outside, and hot chocolate seemed like a much better idea, I strapped on my shoes and ran out in the rainy weather. It was fantastic! Aaah, such a mental release after a long and boring day at school. And I brought my dog! In the end, she was a lot more tired than me..


I finished my 4 km run in 22 minutes, wich means that I am back on track with my km/h! I ran 1 km on about 5,2 minutes today, so I am very pleased!

When I came home, I did the same routine as yesterday, with a few modifications. I did 60 repetitions of lifting my manuals (1,5 kg each), then I did about 30 bicepscurls, and in the end I did something very weird, and I don't know the name of it, but I put my arms and shoulders in a square-like position, and lifted the weights towards my chest.

Then, I did 3 minutes of situps and cycling with my legs, and in the end I did 3 minutes of buttworkout :)

When it comes to my "diet", I haven't eaten anything unhealthy today, it's amazing! I had eggs and avocado for breakfast, dark bread with eggs for lunch and fish for dinner. I'll propably pop some fruit in the blender for my night-snack :)

I am very pleased with todays workout, and I am only a tad bit sore in my abs (can't really see them though) from yesterday.
