Today's workout was mainly tennis, and my 2 km hill-bikeride to the tennis court and back.
When I came home on the other hand.. I have been looking forward to doing the feel-good soul stretch from blogilates for a while, and I was really exited when I came home. Feel good and Soul in one sentence? Fab! And it was fantastic. So amazing that I wanted more! So the idea popped in to my head; yoga. Yep. So after I finished this:

Tomorrow, a 5km run is awaiting, so I'm gonna need a good nights sleep.

PS, sorry for my abscense over the weekend, I have been away, and I didn't have interenet connection, nor time to workout, just time to eat! I have a lot of exercising to do now...
